2. There is still some time left to my planned arrival, is it possible to cancel the reservation?
We suggest you to contact us, in order to choose the most suitable solution for you. You can choose to change period of your stay or also to get a voucher of the value of the deposit that you have paid… don’t forget: you can cancel for free till 3 days before arrival.
3. I booked an holiday in one of your resorts, there are a couple of months left: what do you suggest me to do?
We suggest you to wait before cancelling your reservation definitely. The cancellation is anyway free till 3 days before arrival. Meanwhile follow us on our social networks and on our website, we will constantly upload there our news.
4. May I postpone my holiday keeping the deposit that I have already paid, without extra fees?
Yes, of course. You can change the period of your stay everytime, till 3 days before arrival.
5. Is it possible to postpone my holiday to next year?
Yes, sure. You can change the period of stay to another time during this season or to the next one. You can even choose to spend your holidays in another resort of our group. Don’t hesitate to contact us! We will find together the most suitable solution for your needs.
6. Which is the deadline for a free cancellation?
You can cancel for free till 3 days before arrival.
7. Are your accommodation hygienic and safe?
According to current policies, we are applying new hygienic sanification measures ,which will enforce the already existing ones. You will find single-use masks at arrival and hand sanitizer dispenser in every area of the camping. For any need we are always at your complete disposal, day and night.
8. Is it safe to go on holiday with children?
We have organized every part of your holiday, in order to let you enjoy your relax in total safety…alone or with kids! Follow us on our social networks and on our website, where we will upload our news.
9. Is it possible to go to the beach?

10. Will the restaurant be available?
Yes, sure. The restaurant will respect law measures. Furthermore there will be the possibility of food delivery to your pitch/mobile home.
11. Will the safety distance be respected also at restaurant?
Yes, of course. You can enjoy your meal with you family, seating on your table. You staff will take care of you and your safety.
